What is your return policy on wetsuits and boards?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, wetsuits must have all tags attached and show no signs of use in water.
How should I care for my board to ensure it lasts?
Always rinse your board with fresh water after every session, keep it out of direct sunlight when not in use, and avoid leaving it in a hot car to prevent bubbling and delamination.
Do you offer professional plug installation?
Yes, if you purchase a board and a leash together, we can professionally install the leash plug for you. Simply leave a note in the 'Order Instructions' at checkout with your preferred placement.
