At Inverted Bodyboarding, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next session. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and technical gear must have all protective liners intact.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the exterior of the package with your provided Return Authorization number.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
